Phoebe was born at 1:16 PM on Sunday June 19th (Father’s Day!), weighing 7lb 4oz. She was born by emergency Caesarean section after it was discovered, late on in labour, that she was in the breech position. It all went smoothly, however, and mother and baby are mighty fine

Congratulations! Our son Ewan was born the same way – he got himself into breech a few weeks before his due date so we knew a Caesarian was on the cards. It turned into an emergency though when it became apparent he had his cord wrapped round his neck 4 times (!). Everything went fine though, and he and my wife Diane are both okay.
